Privacy Policy
WEO Stores is an internal platform of the WEO Group. This page explains what data it processes and why. It has no forms and does not collect data from the public.
Who is responsible

Data processed
- Console users (WEO team and authorised users): name, email and a log of the actions taken in the console, needed for authentication and security.
- Google profile reviews: when a WEO client uses the integration, the platform reads, with the authorisation of the Google account that manages the profile, the public reviews of that profile (author name, rating, text, date and link) and stores them to show on that client's website.
- Google authorisation: we store, encrypted, the token that lets the platform read the reviews. We never see or store the password of the Google account.
Purpose and sharing
This data is used only to manage the websites of WEO clients and to show the reviews on those websites. We do not sell it or share it with third parties, except technical providers strictly needed to run the service or where required by law.
WEO Stores' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and security
Stored reviews are deleted when the client stops using the integration or the service, or on request. Console access requires authentication, and data is kept on access-restricted servers with backups.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification or erasure of your data, and object to its processing, at info@weo.group. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
